We need a virtual crowd of MGSoA fans to join our students on ZOOM for a LIVE COME-AND-GO Zoom walkthrough between 1 & 4pm Sunday August 2nd.

Topic: Annual Student Show 2020 Time: Aug 2, 2020, 1 pm to 4 pm Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Our students will have completed 5 of 7 weeks in the program and this show is a great chance for you to show your support for all the courage and discipline it has taken to participate this year.

We’ll be walking through the show on live-video and talking with students, in an informal way.

We want this show to be as social as possible via Zoom so connect with us anytime between 1-4 pm, even if for a short time! We’ll see Zoom visitors faces in a grid projected on a big screen in the room for our students to see.

You can show your support and encouragement to them by:

• showing your face on Zoom (We want to see faces! to show encouragement to students as we walk throughout the show).

• sharing news of the virtual event and inviting friends.

• purchasing their work (released to buyers only after final crits are completed August 15th).

We’ll be looking at all the work from 1-4pm but there will be three blocks of time where student households will be present, in-person

• 1-2 pm will be the Studio Seminar household:

  • Tristen Demmett, Greta Kresse, Yair Yosofov, James O’Shea, Colleen Harkins, Abby Dudley, Martin Geiger

• 2-3 pm will be the 411 5th Core Section household:

  • Holly Dudley, Jarvis Hua, Bella Crow, Marlee Westmoreland, Tucker Love, Anna Devonshire, Mike Shum

• 3-4 pm will be the 200 Markwood Core Section household:

  • Abby Lynns, Liam Murphy-Torres, Cheyenne Deunk, Kayla Edmonston, Yiting Zhao
